Joe began his career in land management as
a farmer north of Rupert in an area referred to as the "North Side
Project". This is an area located near the Idaho Youth Ranch, west
of the town of Minidoka, and known for it's large acreage farms some in
the thousands of acres. The area is especially known for high
quality Potato crops, Beans, Corn and Hay as well as the old faithful
Sugar Beet. Some 29 years ago, Joe found his calling in selling
land rather than trying to outguess mother nature. His real estate
office in Burley is one of the oldest in the valley and, because of his
unique background, has exceptional experience and knowledge in the sales
of residential, farm, acreage and commercial properties. This vast experience
in land sales is of extra benefit to home buyers, nothing is left to
chance.

Sylvia is the key that makes this
complete operation work. Between handling phone calls, searching
for properties on the computerized in-house MLS service, answering email
inquires or preparing documents for property offers, she does it all. To
schedule your appointment with Joe, email or call Sylvia anytime.
If Sylvia is out, Joe himself will answer your call. They don't
own an answering machine, now how many businesses you know can say that
these days. |
